What we do with the details you send us, and the rights the GDPR gives you over them.

Who is responsible

What we collect

The quote form asks for a contact name and e-mail address, and optionally company, phone, country and the details of your enquiry. The sample form additionally asks for a delivery address and phone number, because a courier cannot deliver without them. Nothing else on this site asks for personal data. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use the details only to prepare and send the quotation or the samples you asked for, and to correspond about them. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Who else sees it

Form submissions reach us by e-mail through Resend (Resend, Inc., United States), which acts as our processor. The site is hosted by Vercel (Vercel, Inc., United States), whose servers record standard log data — IP address, time, page requested, browser — for security and operation, on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Both are in the United States, so your data is transferred to a third country. The transfer is covered by the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We pass your details to no one else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as we need them to answer you and to meet the retention periods commercial and tax law impose on us. After that they are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected, erased or restricted, object to the processing, and ask for it in a portable form. Write to the address above. You may also complain to a supervisory authority in the EU member state where you live or work.
