From lava to stone

Turkish basalt · container loads worldwide

Basalt cut to your
project dimensions.

Setts, tiles and slabs in six surface finishes, cut to your drawing. Contractors, landscapers and stone dealers order by the pallet or the full container — we load for anywhere a ship goes.

Products

Basalt for floors, facades and streets

This is lava that cooled a few million years ago and has been sitting still ever since. It does not wander the way granite does — no bright veins, no surprise blocks — which is why it gets specified when a large surface has to read as one surface. Everything below comes in all six finishes, and in sizes that are not on the list.

From the quarry

Cut under running water

Blocks go from the quarry face straight to the gang saw and are cut under continuously running water. The water cools the blades and flushes the cut clear, which keeps heat — and the stress heat puts into stone — out of the slab.

Packing

Banded, palletised, container-loaded.

Setts leave the yard strapped and corner-protected on ISPM-15 treated pallets, then shrink-wrapped. How much goes into a container depends on thickness and pallet count — we confirm the exact loading plan with your quotation.

Why work with us

What you actually get

01

Cut to your drawing

Standard sizes are listed because they are asked for often, not because that is all we make. Send the drawing and we cut to it — length, thickness and edge detail included.

02

Six finishes, one supplier

All six surfaces come from the same works, so a project that mixes honed floor tiles with bush-hammered setts arrives in one delivery instead of two.

03

Export handled end to end

FOB, CIF, DAP or ex-works — we quote the term you work with, pack for the route and confirm the loading plan before the container is booked.

04

One contact, quote to loading

Whoever prices your enquiry is the one who answers about samples, packing and dates. No handover, no ticket number.

Technical

Specified to EN standards

Basalt is among the densest natural stones used in construction: very low water absorption, frost resistant, and hard enough for heavy traffic paving. Full test reports and the declaration of performance accompany every shipment.
